Living on Maui since 1985 and cooking Hawaii Regional Cuisine and the foods of the Pacific Rim at Avalon in Lahaina, I longed for those flavors. I opened Maui Tacos to create Mexican dishes using the fine produce of Maui and to feed the hunger of my past. We cook with Aloha so it will be fresh and alive and do the hula on your tongue".
